Southern Land Company’s vision for Tucker Hill is simple: design a community that thrives on the traditional characteristics of well-established neighborhoods. Focus on architecture, horticulture, sidewalks, parks, and open spaces.

And focus on people.

But we didn’t create this vision for Tucker Hill – history did. We are simply the stewards of a time-honored approach to community development.

Since our ground-breaking in 2007, Tucker Hill has:

• Preserved the landscape of mature trees and placed a priority on green space
• Provided McKinney with new homes of distinctive design and architecture that is reminiscent of historic neighborhoods
• Paid attention to detail -- as seen everywhere from the resort-style pool and planned community events, to the walking trails, dog park, and playgrounds
• Planned for the future, including the addition of a premium resident's club as well as a quaint neighborhood village featuring local small businesses that will only add to the charm of the neighborhood
