Neighborhood Marketplace

As Tucker Hill expands, residents will soon see the addition of a quaint Neighborhood Marketplace.  Again, the same unique architecture and horticulture that you’ll find throughout the residential districts will be reflected here as well.  We will seek out a few small, local merchants with businesses that meet the residents’ needs, while bringing a personality to the community as a whole.

The Neighborhood Marketplace will emphasize walking or bike-riding over traffic congestion, and our merchants’ association will be locally owned and operated rather than having transient strip mall tenants that are here one day and gone the next.  Residents will have no problem with leaving their cars at home, which will not only save fuel, but also reduce the carbon footprint of every resident.
