Homeowner’s Association

Tucker Hill is governed by a Homeowner's Association and residents pay dues of $240 per quarter to help maintain our common areas.  These common areas include:

• Neighborhood Entrances
• Green Spaces
• Founders Square
• Playgrounds
• Community Pool

Many residents serve on committees like the Hospitality Committee, which coordinates an annual block party and monthly “Coffee on the Porch” events, the Garden Club, the Wine Club, the Poker Club, and the Tucker Hill Community Gardeners, which oversees the community garden located near the neighborhood entrance.
